How Can We Offer A Hassle Free Service?

By supplying our distribution partners with the tools to specify electronic products we make sure that the correct products are included. The TAC Systems Designers Package provides our customers with the peace of mind that our systems will do what we say they will do. |

TAC Systems will supply and install complete systems only. We will not break up our package. We will modify our offering according to the wishes of our distribution partners but in order to offer the highest level of product performance and job reliability our systems must remain our responsibility. |

We will ensure that an Authorized TAC Installation company performs all required services such as working with electrical contractors, troubleshooting systems and training of the end user. |

Should any concerns arise with regards to electronic architectural hardware or access control systems on a TAC job there is only one call to make. Because we will supply all electronic products we are responsible for the warranty and service calls for all TAC installed products. |
